Search for faces on your digital image collection.
The Face Detective processes all images in a given folder, detecting and saving any faces found. The application uses Emgu CV, a cross-platform .Net wrapper to the Intel OpenCV image processing library. Using the application is very straight forward. Before you begin, please make sure you have at least one image that contains a human face. When you run the application, click the 'play' button on the toolbar. You will be prompted for a folder to search in. Once you provide the folder, the application will do the rest for you, saving any detected faces as cropped thumbnail images to your 'My Documents' folder.
