The signature interactive device The Crack Up App enhances the experience of live performance along with hi-definition virtual landscapes. The Crack Up is presented by Deakin Motion Lab as part of Melbourne Knowledge Week 2014 with performances at the Merlyn Theatre in The Coopers Malthouse from 31/10- 1/11. The Crack Up performance is a transmedia production choreographed by Kim Vincs. Live dancers and virtual performers are set against 3D projected landscapes. Audience members wear 3D glasses and become fully immersed in the environment featuring text, virtual environments and dance performance.
