With The Co-operative Bank mobile app you can easily manage your money at any time, use it wherever you use your smartphone.Available for customers with a Co-operative Bank current or savings account. You must be over 16 and have a UK mobile number starting 07 and be Online Banking registered. Register for Online Banking at www.co-operativebank.co.uk > Register. New features- Weve refreshed the design we hope you like it- Added app usage data we will collect anonymous user data so we can monitor how well the app is working and help us to spot potential problems. You can turn this off at any time in your settings (More > Settings > App usage data). Please see terms of use below- New screen for when you switch between your apps- This app will work with iOS7 and above only. This app will not work with iOS6 and belowOther features- Move money easily between your Co-operative Bank current and savings accounts- Pay anyone whos already set up in your payments list- Check your bank balance, available balance and recent transactions- Set up balance text alerts to make sure you don't overspend- View your Co-operative Bank credit card balance, credit limit, bill due date and statement transactions- Inbox - which stores any alerts youve set up- Branch finder- Contact telephone numbersHow to registerOnce youve downloaded the app, registering is simple. Follow the on-screen instructions:1. An activation code will be sent to you by text, simply enter when requested.2. Register a passcode. For security, register a code that is different from your usual internet / telephone banking passcode. 3. Enter your account details and confirm security details: You'll be asked for 2 digits of your internet banking security and one of your five pieces of secure personal information, just like when you log on to your internet banking. Remember, we will never ask for your full security code or all of your secure personal information.Terms of useWe will collect anonymous user data so we can monitor how well the app works. This may include tracking screen swipes and measuring how much time is spent on particular features within the app. This data helps us spot potential problems and make improvements. We will not collect information which may personally identify you and you can switch this feature on or off at any time by toggling the App Usage switch in Settings.
