Be mindful of potential allergens. Buy in season for maximum flavour and minimum price. Support fair and authentic traders. Use the best ingredients you can afford. Reduce waste. Grow a kitchen garden. Have fun. Share.We have a list of features (like shopping lists, menu plans, tips & techniques) all planned. But our hard earned funds were needed for our charity work, so the budget was limited for this version. Still, we reckon there are enough "clasic" recipes to get you started.
