Text Search Tiffs is a Utility that batch processes tiff images into text searchable tiff images for use with Microsoft's Document Imaging. The text can be searched using Document Imaging, the Search engine that comes with Windows or dtSearch. This utility allows the user to specify folders where the images are and have them processes in a batch mode as opposed to opening each one in Document Imaging, OCRing the document and saving it. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
