Once connected, the program allows you to take control of the remote computer, performing any function you could on your own machine. Your actions are mirrored in real time on the other computer, making it easy to provide support, manage files, or even run software remotely.
However, the experience on mobile devices, especially iPhones, isn’t as smooth. The small screen makes navigation challenging, and users found that zooming in on certain areas of the screen was difficult.
