• Constantly developing set of tools

  A wonderful set of tools for any business. The CRM and Calendar modules have recently been introduced which was a decisive factor that made me choose TeamLab.

  CRM and Email management module are still not available.

  Teamlab is a perfect online solution for remote workers, freelancers, small and medium teams working on project together. The software has nice and friendly interface and it is not a problem if you`ve been using another collaboration platform. Teamlab users can easily import data from Basecamp. The application provides collaborators with four powerful modules: Project management (Here managers can set up tasks and milestones, receive automatic reports - track team activity and project progress) Business Collaboration (You can create posts in blogs and forums, add polls to know your teammates opinion on certain questions. Share photos, bookmarks and create your own corporate Wiki) Documents (Allows to create, edit, save and share documents right on the portal). A huge advantage is that you can import document base from Google Docs, Zoho or Box.net.) Instant Messaging (Users are able to discuss projects online) Well, it must be admitted that Teamlab is really powerful tool for teams with all the necessary features available for free. Besides it provides Open Source, so that experienced programmers can modify Teamlab according to your company's specific needs.

  Pros

  It IS free. My company saved several thousands of dollars by implementing TeamLab! Btw, it took about a week to implement it. All of the employees learned how to use it very fast. The projects part is pretty cool, collaboration part is just fune.

  Cons

  CRM and HRM parts are needed. And the calendar.
