• Awful support, terrible product

  Pros

  The software is cheap no doubt. But it's really pricey when you consider you need to purchase another program in the end to accomplish what you are looking to do.

  Cons

  No undo, no support..I think 3 people work in this company & they never return phone calls is my experience.

  Summary

  Spend an extra 600 bucks to go with a great product.

  Pros

  It is quick and easy to set the scale and then start measuring whether is is areas or lenghts or counting items. You can also add depth and it will caculate volumes. Exports to Excel too.

  Cons

  When adding multiple item the accumulator can be a bit ackward.....probably operator input errors not program.

  We looked at all the competitive offerings. All were much higher cost. Takeoff Live is about 1/4 of the cheapeast additional ones..Good job TKL

  We looked at them all and this one is by far the easiest and least expensive. A great little tool and a great buy. Support has been amazing.

  Cons

  downloading and installing two different programs might be the problem. I wasn't able to load plans in PDF. It would help to have a better demo or a tutorial to help with using the program. I can't honestly evaluate this program as I was unable to use it.
