Remove inactive tabs from the vbrowser.

This extension rPin/unpin tabs with the pin icon on the address bar. Pinned tabs will never get removed regardless of inactivity. Can set the length of time before a tab is considered inactive.egularly removes inactive tabs so they don't clutter up the tabspace.
