Yahoo Backup software is used to export Yahoo e-mails to EML, PST, MBOX, and MSG file format along with the attachments. It will help you backup Yahoo mail to Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc. It downloads e-mails from all the folders of the Yahoo mail account. The tool backup all the e-mails from Inbox, Outbox, Sent Items, Drafts, and from all the other customized folders of the Yahoo user account.

To archive Yahoo e-mails, the software provides an option of delete after download. This option downloads the e-mails to the computer and simultaneously removes the e-mails from the Yahoo mail server. In addition, you have an option to apply mail filter by date to take Yahoo backup of selective e-mails only. Moreover, you can select individual e-mail folders to download from the Yahoo mail.

After the conversion process, all the formatting is kept intact or the original formatting of the e-mails remains unchanged. The pause and resume downloading feature have made this tool unique from other software as this feature allows pausing the download process at any point in time and thus suitably resuming it later.

The software supports multiple languages and during the installation process, you can select your preferred language.
