Able to recover corrupt OST file into PST file format
JSandersonNCCCApril 30, 2015
Pros
Let me submit my review for product which helped me restore my emails back. I am working on Exchange Server from the past 5 years. The server has been storing all my crucial data. Recently unfortunately my OST file got corrupted. At that time, I used SysTools OST Recovery tool to recover it. In addition to that, the tool also helped me to convert my OST file into PST file without the installation of MS Outlook.
Cons
The software allows adding one OST file at a time, but I guess it would be beneficial if it could add them in multiples. So, that user can easily recover their corrupted OST Files in bulk.
Summary
I suggested this software because it contains heap of features that will prove to be very beneficial in recovering corrupted data from the OST file.
OST Converter for Forensically - Recovers Deleted Email
forensicswareAugust 24, 2014
Pros
I have used this converter for one of our recent investigations related to mails from Exchange Server. We got the emails in the .ost file format. To read a .ost file we need to convert this into a .pst file format. So, we used this OST to PST converter and able to recover and view required evidences from the Outlook .ost file.
Cons
Export to PDF and Print Directly to a Printer will be a good add-on for the tool. It helps forensicators.
Summary
A recommended tool and have tool for investigators and forensic experts who came across mailboxes created with Exchange Server. Tool is worth the price to do email investigations successfully.
