The tool provides the option to take backup in PST, EML, MSG, PDF, and MBOX file formats. Gmail users can choose the category of items and desired e-mail-format for the backup of Gmail e-mail. Additionally, it also provides an advanced filtering option to take a backup of only a selective Gmail mailbox using the Apply Filter option available in the tool.
