Batch OST to PST Converter, as the name suggests converts Outlook OST files into Outlook PST file format in bulk amount. This tool allows adding a single file, to add multiple files, or a complete folder containing multiple OST files in it. It also has an auto-detection mode that can auto detect the OST files stored within a folder selected just by providing the path of that folder. An added file can be removed also as per the requirement of the user. The properties of each file such as size of the file, and location of that file in the system are detailed along with the file name. All the items from OST files such as emails, contacts, attachments, calendars, can be converted to Outlook file format. The default conversion of OST file is UNICODE PST that can be opened in any version of Outlook. The software permits a user to export the OST file in 3 ways; they are MS Outlook personal folder file, EML file or Outlook MSG format. These options help to open the Exchange OST email file onto various applications like Windows Live Mail, Eudora, Outlook Express, Mozilla Firefox, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, etc. An individual PST is created for a single OST file. To provide users with ease of accessibility for theconverted file, an option to save that file in the desired location or newly created folder directly by the software panelis given. In the converted PST, MSG, or EML file, the folder structure is maintained same as its original file, so that it is easy for user to find a certain file. This converter tool also maintains the folder hierarchy and Meta data, i.e. the user need not have to worry about data loss. The reliability provided by the tool to its users is that there is no requirement for Exchange Server to connect with Outlook to work with the converter tool.
