Synerion Mobile application for medium to large size organizations enables employees to clock in and out via smartphone, view their vacation balance, timesheets and report on start/end of tasks.Location-based attendance reportingThe application tracks the geographical location from which In- and Out-times are recorded and displays degree of accuracy. Punches received from outside the specified range are defined as exceptions and flagged for verification. Display of vacation balance The application allows employees to view their vacation balance data: allowance, usage, and vacation balance. (Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required.)Timesheet DisplayThe Synerion Mobile application allows the employees to view their Timesheet based on data from the attendance system. (Integration with the Synerion Time and Attendance system is required.) In a vertical display on the phone, the employee can view his/hers daily attendance and absence data, including error indication, in the current or previous period. Reporting on Start/End of Task Synerion Mobile enables employees to submit reports in real time on start/end of tasks. (Integration with Synerions labor costing system is required.)Task reporting by smartphone supports the organizations reporting conventions. Employees can view all their submitted reports for the current date, including task details, the time and location.To activate the system in your organization, please call Synerion at +972-3-5682231.After contacting Synerion, to activate the application for the first time, enter the company name and define user name and password. Employees must first be registered to enable certain identification. After the system administrator approves the registration, the employee can use the application.In case of a failure of the application, support is available through our website or by e-mail.
