SWM Smart Waste Management for Android

SWM Smart Waste Management is a mobile application designed to streamline waste collection reporting for municipal sanitation teams in Bandung City. This tool replaces traditional paper logs with a mobile-first approach, allowing field staff to capture essential data on-site. Key features include location-aware logging, waste categorization, and administrative dashboards that centralize collection records for efficient oversight. The app is tailored specifically to the needs of field officers, supervisors, and municipal administrators, enhancing workflow efficiency and reducing paperwork in daily operations.

The app functions as a point-of-service reporting utility, enabling field staff to submit structured observations directly from their Android devices. This data-driven approach standardizes reporting processes, with forms guiding users through essential data points such as waste type and volume. SWM Smart Waste Management integrates with the Bandung City Environmental Agency's systems and is designed for ease of use in outdoor settings, although it requires an active internet connection for synchronization, which may pose challenges in areas with low connectivity.
