I tried to use this product to convert files from itunes and Sony's ATRAC3 to wav or mp3 format. Both file types were listed in the advertisement, but neither were supported when I tried to do the conversion. It looks like the software would be good for converting more typical WMA, MP3, and WAV files from one to another.
