  This is a well thought program, and is very powerful. It is very easy to use for beginners and advanced administrators. And the price is right- Free! One of the best features is that your answer to a question is automatically placed in a searchable FAQ area. The only bad thing I have found is that when fisrt accessing the tickets at the start of a day, it can be slow to load. I would highly suggest this to any organization looking to simplify thier support processes.
