Die Eckpunkte sind Vielfalt, Frderung und Forum fr lokale Szenen, Konfrontation mit Ungewhnlichem und ein erweiterter Kunst und Kulturbegriff durch Manahmen und Projekte in Bereichen wie Fotografie, Grafik-, Mbel-, Mode- und Sounddesign.Herzstck des SUB ist eine Halle fr 250 Personen mit 6x5 Metern Bhnenflche und einer in Europa einzigartigen Musikanlage und ein Cafe als gemtlichen und kommunikativen Gegenpol, das auch unabhngig bespielbar ist, bietet multifunktionale Ton- und Lichttechnik und erlaubt damit unterschiedlichste Nutzungen.
