Manage consumable tooling stock database and generate receipts.
Tool Stores Manager is an application to maintain database of consumable tooling stock. Menu items include Database Edit: enables the change and copying of database data to a CSV file format suitable for spreadsheet analysis, Heading Address: address to print on the order form for delivery, ID Formats: fixes the format of setting up Stock ID's so that the sorting of database items is consistent, Supplier Detail: sets up supplier details, Order Form: enables the setting up of list of items required and the printing of an order producing a printed copy or clipboard copy suitable for email, Receive Tool Stock: enables an order form to be recalled on the receipt of ordered items this enables items issued and then reordered to be entered into stock and items (a shortage) allocated to be given to the department or person requiring them, Set Database Path: enables the setting up of an alternative database location on for instance a network drive, and Tool Stock: sets up stock record detail.
