Sticky Notes for Windows

This basic freeware program places reminder notes on your desktop, but lacks a few niceties that its competitors offer. Sticky Notes allows you to easily create notes via its system tray icon, and several customization options are offered to modify background color, opacity, and other note features. Despite the ability to make notes nearly transparent, notes don't stay on top of other windows. Unlike its competitors, the program lacks an alarm feature, though one is promised in future versions of Sticky Notes. This simple notes program may not be feature-rich, but it works well and costs you nothing to try.
