STEP Import for AutoCAD is a STEP file import plug-in for AutoCAD. This plug-in gives AutoCAD the ability to import geometric data from STEP files. STEP is a neutral file format which is widely used to exchange 2D and 3D data between various CAD systems. STEP Import for AutoCAD reads 2D and 3D geometry stored in STEP files and creates corresponding 2D and 3D objects in the active AutoCAD drawing.
