Touch the start button(green).2. Select counting type. The counter will start counting.3. Touch the Lock button. It prevent touching the stop or reset button.4. Put the iPod touch / iPhone in your pants pocket.5. Just walk or run.Note :Do not click Sleep button on your iPod touch / iPhone.If your device go to Sleep mode, Step Counter do not count your step. It just count time and calories.
