StatPak Lite for iPhone enables telecom carriers, voice traders and switch engineers to monitor their voice traffic in real-time. StatPak Lite provides views of traffic volumes to destinations they send traffic to. The user can drill down to view this traffic by the incoming and outgoing carriers they are interconnected to. Voice traffic quality factors such as ASR, ACD and ABR can also be monitored and are color coded to draw attention to problem areas.Key features include:View Country voice traffic statistics including ASR, ACD and answered minutesDrill down to incoming and outgoing carriers.Get full traffic statistics including Answered, Unanswered and Failed calls, Answered and Total minutes, ASR, ACD, NER and ABR.Color highlighting of poor performing ASR and ACD.Search and filter on destinations and carriers.Monitor last 15, 30 or 60 minutes, current day, or a date range.Option to display just your favorite destinations.You have to be an existing StatPak user to use this application.
