Starfleet Academy is a text-oriented choose-your-own-adventure type game. You have been accepted into Starfleet Academy and if you pass, you will be given a code that you can use with future missions that will allow you to play the rank that you passed as. There is very little graphics, so if you think that graphics make a good program, this game is not for you. Besides the choose your own adventure part, there are trivia questions blended in with the Starfleet Academy style and avid Star Trek fans will have no problem passing with a high mark.

You have to be pretty smart to answer these questions. I did better on the game, when I just guessed. The person who made it, said they were making more games, but never did. So what's the point in playing this one.

It may have been a good concept at the time but the graphics are so bad that the idea of rpg is lost even to the most vivid imagination plus who wants a role playing game without interaction any way...make room on the server!

If you already know something about Star Trek then you won't enjoy wading through endless choices to learn what you already know. If you don't already know something about Star Trek then you won't have much fun learning by constantly clicking through this material. Good mindless fun for the serious Trekkie - on a cell phone - when there is absolutely nothing else to do. You'll finish the game quickly and won't need to play again.
