Intuitive. Free. So far absolutely perfect performance with no CD wasted and no error messages.

None that I've found so far except instead of free maybe they could pay me to use it? :)

Good burner. Who needs those crappy burner offers that come with your computer and Nero can just go away now!

Pros
I use this with DVD Shrink and to date have experienced no problems. Interface is easy to follow and burning produces excellent copies. Does not have the bloat associated with other paid burners

Tested it only once. It seemed to work for what I needed; to burn an Autu Run data CD.
Cons
It hijacked my browser's home page. NAV and SpyBot did not detect this crap. What the ... ? And how could CNET let this slip through ?!?!?! I can no longer trust CNET !!! I read that there's an option I missed and should have unchecked. What?!

I am sorry I downloaded and installed this. But I was in urgent need to burn a CD. I should have been paying attention and read the other reviews.

I do not know what configuration,method or tech level the others here had or used to try and operate this software,but it installed easily,copied very well,and burned excellent ISO images.

Each person's configuration is different. No two computers owned and operated are alike even once they come offf the assembly line,the owner makes changes via preferences and downloads etc. Some people dont open firewalls,scan for viruses etc.,before using software. The problems could be numerous,but that doesn't mean the software is "bad".
