Star Fax Cover Sheet Creator helps you create a fax cover sheet for your business. It offers several built-in templates, and the ability to add your company's logo. Unfortunately, the e-mail feature failed to work for us.

The program's interface is fairly easy to use, though we did have to hunt for some features. We previewed the sample fax sheet that we had created and decided that we wanted to include our logo on the sheet. Figuring out how to do it required a visit to the Help file. The only file type that you can use to include your company logo is a Bitmap. It is unfortunate that the more common JPEG and GIF files are not supported. We were excited to see that there is an option to e-mail your fax cover sheet. This is a timely feature, as a great deal of business that was formerly conducted by fax is now done via e-mail. Unfortunately, we could not get this function to work. We made another visit to the Help file, but were unable to find instructions for e-mailing our fax cover sheet.

This is a 30-day trial version of the software. We had no difficulty installing the application, but when uninstalling it, a folder was left in our Program Files. If you do a lot of faxing and want an easy way to create a cover sheet, this program will suit your needs. However, if you do most of your business with e-mail, then this program will not be very useful to you.

I have used this product for a few years. It created coversheets for my business and for my personal use. Fairly easy to use
Cons
Computer crash which required purchasing a new computer. I needed technical support to find data. Chris would not take the time to help me find my data - as I'm a non-computer expert. The program does not work now. I am out $19.99.
Summary
The bottom line is purchase at your own risk. If there is a problem, don't bother trying to get assistance, espically if you don't have technical computer knowledge. I just need help finding my data files on my old hard drive. I asked Chris to call me as I didn't understand his e-mail response, but he would not call me as "he was too busy". I asked for a manager, supervisor or owner, and was dropped like a rock. I am very frustrated with this company.

Pros
The ease of download and installation. Also I got the full verison to use FREE for 30 days.
Cons
I was a little confused at first when I ran this but I think that may be true about a lot of software you try at first.

Pros
It does what it says it's going to do, which is create cover sheets.
Cons
Inserting a logo is not easy, in fact I never figured it out. I uninstalled in 10 minutes after I installed. You get a Print Preview button, but unlike WORD, you don't get to see the finished product while you are typing and you can't make changes to the indicative information.
