Squeeze Ctrl for Android

Squeeze Ctrl is an Android app designed to control Squeezebox players connected to a Logitech Media Server or MySqueezebox.com. It replicates nearly all functionalities of a traditional Squeezebox Controller, providing an optimized touch interface for seamless navigation. Users can manage multiple players, customize backgrounds, and utilize features like song downloading and player syncing. The app also supports Chromecast for displaying current tracks.

With capabilities such as mini controls in the notification area, customizable home menus, and Tasker integration, Squeeze Ctrl enhances user experience significantly. It accommodates both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections, though optimal performance is recommended over Wi-Fi. Users should be aware that the app may demand more from servers, particularly when managing large music libraries.
