Observation forms are configured by your Springshot administrator to observe almost anything, from the cleanliness of an aircraft, to the safety performance of a team, to human resources information about employees.* Choose an observation type based on your location and project.* Fill out the observation form and add feedback on failed items.* Submit completed observation reports and share them with teammates.* Search for observations by location.
