• Decent MP3 Downloader But Needs Some Improvements.

  It is a decent software for listening to and downloading music.

  There are several flaws in this program's concept. The first thing I would like everyone to acknowledge is that all of the tracks that are available for download via this program are simply audio rips from youtube videos. If you enter the same search query into youtube that you entered into speedmp3downloader, the results are identical. A simple youtube to mp3 converter would be a free alternative to this program. The largest problem is that when you go to download an mp3 track from this program, it automatically starts playing. That means that two separate download streams are initiated. Why not simply transfer the data that is being downloaded for listening purposes to disk, instead of opening a secondary download? Both downloads are in the same format, so why use such an inefficient method?

  Summary

  This is a somewhat decent software for downloading music, but it should truly be labeled as a "youtube to mp3" software. It also requires a few changes to become more efficient.
