Sothink HTML Editor is a Web page editor that supports both code and visual editing modes, site management, and file upload. It provides an extensive set of visual tools and templates to speed up page creation. The standalone site manager makes site management and uploading easier. It also provides a full host of Java, JavaScript, and DHTML tools to create a large variety of buttons, menus, banners, and other special effects. This is a Web authoring tool designed for both beginners and advanced Web authors.

Some of the major new features of Sothink HTML Editor include auto-completing code, which gives a code attributes list during your editing; and 'usage hint', a pop-up prompt for general usage of the tag while the mouse moves over it. With updated interface and an optional customizable toolbar. The bound premade site templates make it easy to create a site in minutes. Version 2.5 build 20405 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Very important feature in Sothink HTML Editor is its similiar with some of famous Dreamweaver...

Very important feature in Sothink HTML Editor is its similiar with famous Dreamweaver for making new site under different kind of templates version, especial xhtml. Even in free version you can easiely changed the text and pics without any problems but page to page. In paid version you can chaned many pages in one time. I was such surprised about, when I have found this feature in Sothink Editor, I have many professional programs but even professional not do such changes without problem. Try it and see!

Nothing This is the worst.

Scan it with Kaspersky!
Summary
Scan it with Kaspersky and you will see 4 viruses including TROJANS!
Works well, but limited to one file at a time.

The Designer mode is very good WYSIWYG which produces clean code. When editing code the available attributes can be inserted by clicking instead of typing.
Cons
Works very well for plain html, but the helps don't extend to javascript or styles.
Summary
Good for learning html, or for making a quick change to the text on a page.
Design mode won't allow an open file

Would not allow me to open a file in design mode and after opening a file in html mode would not let me prroceed to design mode again..: (

Ita a decient program for making websites . You do need alitte knowledge of html

Sothink does have spyware but it never cause any problems . It does put characters in you code that you dont need . if you check your code with a oniline html debugger it will find errors and warnings

I've been useing this program for about 5 years it has never caused me to many problems .

Yeah, there is a "commercial" attached to this thing, but it's no big deal, and it's not spyware. I've used this editor for almost 4 years and it' does everything i need it to. simple and effective.
