Replace the page action feature of SALR for Chrome with a global browser action button.

This is an add-on to the Something Awful Last Read extension for Chrome. This will take the omnibar icon which the SALR extension provides, and move it's functionality to the browser button bar. You can disable the omnibar icon within the SALR preferences.
