This screensaver lends a winter atmosphere to your PC any time of year, but the bundled adware leaves us a bit chilly. Graphically, the 3D snowflakes are quite appealing. The downside to this is that Snowflake 3D Screensaver may run quite slow on older or less powerful machines. We were impressed with the amount of customization options this program offers. You can set the screensaver to show the date and time, configure the frame rate, add your own music as a soundtrack, and change the size and speed of the falling snowflakes.

However, as is often the case with screensavers, this one brings along several pieces of adware. Therefore, we can't give what is otherwise a decent program our full endorsement.

This thing comes bundled with more spyware than screensaver. Infact 3 spyware that continued to remain on my computer after installing. It also really started destabilizing my laptop I just bought. Big thumbs down for this software.

After installing this "software", Norton Internet Security signalled dozens of Internet access tries. Although I installed just 1 (one) program, I had to uninstall 3 (three) programs, one of them named "Bargains.exe"; who is trying to make the bargain?
