Pros
I spent time looking at several programs and didn't have to go any further once I found this one. Creates clean, nice-looking invoices quickly. I had it up and configured in about 5 minutes.
Cons
No drawbacks
Summary
If you're looking for something to create professional invoices for your customers, this program will do that. Several other features makes it perfect. Produces a sales journal that you can define according to dates for sales tax reporting, search for past invoices, pull up entries for just certain sales person, and some other nice to have's I haven't fully explored.
Used this for years. Works great.

Pros
This program is really easy to use. I use it myself, but also train new employees from time to time. I can teach how to use this very quickly. Produces crisp invoices. I can easily search for past invoices using the big and obvious "Search" icon at the top, I can produce reports to know how to report sales tax collected over a certain period, etc. Does just what is needed to produce nice invoices and run a small business.
Cons
I have not ever had any problems with this program.
Summary
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a no-nonsense invoice program. Has built in tool tips, and even has features like if you navigate away from an invoice, it recognizes if you made changes and prompts you to save. If you edit an invoice created on a previous date, your given the option to update the date, etc. Basically just very user-friendly and intuitive to use.

Could use more features and adjustable invoice columns.
Summary
Over all I love this program. I use it for my part time business and it has always worked great for me. Larger Business's this isnt for you.

Where do I start? -Doesn't calculate tax correctly (does it before applied discounts) -If you navigate away from the current invoice your working on, it discards any unsaved work with absolutely no prompt -Header editor is an absolute nightmare
Summary
More cons: -No way of sorting or searching invoices -Certain options in crazy places (e.g. having to go up to the edit menu to delete a line on the invoice) -Nondiscriptive icons with no hover over text explaining their function I could go on all day, but the bottom line is that this might pass as a cheapo $5, maybe even $20 program, but is no where near worth a $60 price tag, especially when you could get the far superior Quickbooks Basic for only $25 more.
