SMS Speak for Android allows you to send and receive texts without fumbling for the phone and keypad. While running, a new text will be spoken into your speaker or ear piece. After listening, speak your reply and SMS Speak for Android will convert it back to text and read it to you. If you are happy with the text it will be sent. If not speak it again until you are happy with the message.
