SliQ Invoicing and Quoting Plus is a professional invoicing and billing software that makes it extremely easy to produce invoice, quotes, delivery notes, credit notes and purchase orders. Within a minute or two of downloading and installing, the company setup wizard will guide you through entering your business details, adding a company logo and drop you into raising your first invoice. SliQTools invoice software comes with a selection of professional invoice templates. Since no two customer's needs are the same, our software also includes an easy to use invoice template editor that lets you modify the existing invoice templates, e.g. adding your own labels, custom fields or logos or even create a new template from scratch. A great deal of flexibility is built into the template designer, allowing you to change fonts and colours and layout as you wish. As well as allowing you to print invoices, our software includes the ability to create standard PDF documents and email these directly to customers. A number of invoice emailing options are included as well as a bulk emailing facility. Coupled with SliQ's automated, recurring invoice feature, monthly billing to regular customers can involve as little as opening up the package, letting SliQ automatically raise the due invoices then clicking one button to email all the new invoices to your respective clients.

Excellent software and great support

Pros
I have a lot of recurring invoices and this software handles in brilliantly. You can even create and assign different templates to the invoices and clients. The developers take note of feedback and the software is often updated and improved. Ideal for a lot of uses for invoicing especially for periodical payments for rentals, services etc. Just set up a recurring invoice and the programme does the rest.
Cons
Only one con really as most of my payments are made via direct debit there isn't an easy way to make invoices paid as defualt and I would love to able to print clients address envelopes too! The developers may well add these options soon!

Pros
A simple, easy to use invoicing app that can also produce and convert quotations to invoices. Some basic stock control built in, but I liked the fact that you weren't tied to stock-only items on your invoice. Fairly decent help via website.
Cons
Couple of bugs - and it would seem that it is very easy to end up with a contact without an address detail - ie software is not completely idiot proof! But overall, nothing major against this software at all.
Summary
Finally, a nice little software app that fulfills basic invoicing and quoting needs - I have tried several others (some with disastrous results - see other reviews!)and so far, this is the best, albeit one of the most expensive, that I have tried and that I will probably settle with. Also looks good as well - nice and modern design. This is a good Invoicing and Quotation App, I would recommend giving it a try.
