The quality of your day depends on the quality of your sleep. Are you sleeping enough; and well enough? Do you suffer from insomnia or apnea events? Do you snore or talk in your sleep? Do you have agitated sleep patterns or do you sleep like a baby? To find out, get into the habit before going to sleep of: Pressing "activate" and leaving your appliance on the table by your bed. The application will do the rest!It is completely automated and will detect your sleep cycles, record you and depict your night as the curve of a graph, allowing you to define your sleep profile over time.
