Sitecube Incredible Website Builder is an easy design tool for creation of professional quality Websites. No knowledge of Designing or programming is needed for creating sites. The website builder supports creation of websites of up to 115 pages with the ability to add own logo, JPG images, MP3 music, external links, and contact page. The builder supports rich text editing for all text fields. It includes 200 themes covering different categories and 110 animated designs making 9000+ distinct Web site layouts possible. In-built gallery of 500+ stock images and 50 music clips helps in customizing the site. Single click publish to own domain name makes uploading a breeze.
I'll start with the complete lack of viable customer service - while I understand that offshoring customer service is a common practice, I believe that it isn't that hard to find a quality support vendor (one that trains their employees in what "hosting" means or trains their employees to not curse at customers who try to explain why they want to transfer their domain name to an alternate hosting provider, to the tune of "you're f***ing stupid"... really?)
The sitebuilder itself has one of the worst, most confusing, and least customizable interfaces I've ever had the displeasure of seeing.
The technology offered is incredibly dated.
The "SEO support" absolutely does not work... looks like it's based on Google's 2009 algorithm.
The cost is OBSCENE (around 60$ a month for a flash based site and webmail... seriously!?!)
The webmail is horrible (pro tip - Horde webmail will randomly delete unread inbox messages).
50% of their reviews are fake (these account for the positive reviews).
Don't think that you'll ever be able to transfer a domain away from them (they'll say that your domain is registered with some completely random registrar that you've never heard of and has no record of any account connected of your domain, and refuse to help you solve the issue).
Bottom line - do not give these people your money. You will immediately regret it. Purchasing this service will push you into a spiraling void of anger and despair.
Do not use them!!

Pros
nothing good to say
Cons
Unable to get proper authorization code to transfer my domain. Had to change site name and all business cards, letterhead, signage etc. Site was not able to index pages so website ranking was impossible. Just a cheap site format.
Summary
If you want cheap, and you are not going to sell through your site, maybe it will work. If you are going to do e-commerce, it will not be good idea. If you have to move your domain name good luck!

Pros
Looks like it could be good
Cons
Deceiving and nonchalant.
Summary
I built a site based on the advertised $14.95 per month program, only to find out that the $14.95 per month is based on $290 (?) up front. If you choose to go monthly it's $19.95. This is after having a grip of challenges building a trial website.
Don't waste your time.

Pros
Nothing stood out.
Cons
Technical support is unprofessional, inexperienced and rude. They actually suggested I have a professional design the site to avoid the limitations I was running into. I've been doing this for 15 years.
Summary
Could NEVER get an uploaded logo to display properly using their system. Countless chats with their tech support team reinforced how stupid they think their customers are.
Dont expect a refund, and support is terrible

Pros
The only "good" thing about this product is that it's relatively inexpensive. But please remember that you get exactly what you pay for.
Cons
For starters, the customer service is terrible both on the phone and their online chat. Though the number listed is a New York area code, I'm pretty certain that the calls are routed to India, this undoubtedly makes communication difficult. The rep(s) have been rude, very short in their responses, pushy and just not very pleasent to deal with. The same applies for their live chat personnel also. They are equally rude, condscending and unfriendly.
<p>
<p>The templates are very cookie cutter, but the flash feature is a definite perk. If you need a straight lace informational site, and have very little need for quality customer service on their end - this may be for you. But if you need the store feature, like to have your questions answered accurately and professionaly, and want to spend your money with a company that cares about its clients...then LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Pros
The customer support has been good
Cons
I do not like that Sitecube.com offers a store front. I design jewelry and sell my finished products. When you list an item in the store front-you basically can never remove it. I disagree with the whole process. If you have a store-you should be able to edit and remove or update items easily. I am not happy with this. Why would one even offer a store front that incoporates paypal if you cannot update it or remove items. Any suggestions. I am trying to start a business out of my home-limited funds-do a lot of the legwork myself-where do I turn?

My website ROCKS because SITECUBE knows what they are doing.

Pros
I was able to build my website for Matilda Plum Diaper Cakes with minimal hassle. When I had questions I could just click a button and chat live with someone about it. Some sites make you forfeit all content when you change your mind about the design and sitecube lets you change your whole design without losing any of your detailed content. Type. Click. Done. Change your mind. Type. Click. Done. I could not be more satisfied. Seriously. Plus, they use a lot of sounds and flashy transitions which add to the aura of a well done website.
Cons
I would like to be able to add links from other sites to mine by doing link swaps so I might further promote my business. This is a fill in the blank website builder and not a cut and paste site so you don't see the HTML coding at all and it makes it harder for you to easily swap links.

Pros
The flash website builder is the best!
<p>"SiteCube's Flash Website Builder is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I tride few website builders but SiteCube' Builder is no.1. Very easy with a lot of fantastic features. I have received many emails from customers and all said our site is very professional. They all said are very impressed. If I will have to build any new site, surely I will use SiteCube Flash Website Builder. Don't waste your money with other site builders, SiteCube is the best!I am extremely pleased with the website that I built (with sitecube's website builder software). I had previously tried other "easy-to-build" site building software only to get frustrated and give up. Not only did I succeed this time, but the results (I believe) speak for themself - Thanks, many times over I LOVE SITECUBE's Flash Website Builder!!! I have received so many compliments on my site. I NEVER received compliments like this on my previous site. The system is very USER-FRIENDLY to make your own site....and so is the staff...always willing to help! Let me just say that I researched several companies to do my site, but I came out much better financially doing it myself and with peace of mind. God bless SITECUBE.COM!!"

Summary
I found the product to be limiting unless you pay the high end price of $280.00

Pros
It's fast and easy, but it doesn't work on machines older than xp. Customers with older machines had a very difficult time seeing the site.
Cons
The branding is overpowering and they do not return your domain name unless you buy it back from them. You should give them a domain name that you don't care about. The other challenge is that you pay the cost of your site over and over, every single year. When I said I no longer wanted to use their services on my training site, they placed an ad for "potty" training and told me to pay $300 if I wanted my domain name back. Funny, but very crude! I'm suing for my name. Do business with them at your own risk.
