When undertaking a diet, requiring medical follow-up or assistance with a diagnostic, the application can send reports to your doctor or, why not share your readings on social networks, set yourself a weight curve challenge! The smart scalesThe Konix Simple Care scales are based on the principle of impedancemetry, known for being one of the fastest and most precise means of checking fat levels. Algorithms are used to determine the composition of the body: mass of fat, muscle, water and bone. All information collected by the scales is then saved and analysed by the application in order to provide precise weight indications, such as a BMI calculation.Data is then displayed on the scales automatically, but you can also check figures on your smartphone. In addition to a more user-friendly display, you can track changes in your weight on a daily basis thanks to detailed curves (this should boost anybody following a diet).
