Flow will let users of SimCom UCP manage their personal settings through the app for logging in to queues, route incoming calls to your business and call forwarding your personal extension. A user will also see presence of other users of SimCom UCP and are able to make calls to those users via GSM.If the user is member of a queue and receives a call via GSM from that queue, hes able to transfer that call from the app, either to other subscribers or to any PSTN or mobile number that is not part of the SimCom UCP.Please contact your local SimCom partner for instructions on how to set up and manage SimCom Flow.
