Shuttle Fit Trainer is an app for training on the shuttle run. This pacing system was developed by an emergency services (police, fire firefighters) instructor to aid with training for fitness tests.This version of the shuttle run consists of 20 stages, with each incrementally harder than the last. There are options to add breaks, and repeat a level. Instructions are given both visually and though audio by a fitness instructor.A short, in-app demo explains how to properly set up and run the shuttle test. Track your personal stage progress & total distance.
