Lovely Word Sim-Game

Pros
* As opposed to what it truly copies, Hollywood Mogul, it's definitely mod-able and customizable. * In-Game Achievements * "In-Game" Editor * Prompt and entertaining in game events occur and effect your box office results, etc..
Cons
* Crashes: You do not have an auto-save feature, so when it crashes, you're done. Crashes are not inevitable but you are not subject to losing your whole game. * Slim Database: You use the characters with the game, and you have the option to use the in game editor, but the game is very sleek in the Actors/Directors/Producers dept. * Editor: Not quite in game as the developer manages to advertise. It is in your game's file directory, and you have really limited things you can do. Editing funds is what I would have found useful. But really the only thing you are able to edit is purely cosmetic. * Cheats: Are not listed anywhere and you must search the web for the most uncommon of movie quotes to really see any of the cheats work. * Impossible Updates: Updates are an issue, they never come. So do not expect a 1.1.2 anytime soon. Patches have never worked, you always need to re-install and your saves will never work on future updates. Including everything you've edited.
Summary
The game is complex under the hood yet easy to understand. It's a nice addition to Orisis-Myrtilus' collection and it's the first release in a few years. You are able to see your films the way you want to see them and as opposed to Hollywood Mogul while that respective developer cannot manage to raise a kickstarter to release a sequel, this indie game suffices with quirky in game events and easy to understand elements of the game.

Easy to read menus. Easy to navigate.

Has some bugs, but they are currently being worked out.
