He would like to share, via this application the first 8 basic Kata, 5 Heian Kata and 3 Tekki Kata.This library of high quality videos allows you to see the kata performed from both the front and rear view and also both slow and normal speed to help you capture the correct movement and technique to improve your own kata skill.
