Developer’s Description

View ESRI shape files and MapInfo interchange files.
With ShapeView, you can view *.shp files (ESRI shape files). No *.dbf and *.dbx files are needed. Only polygonal and linear features are supported. Points will not be shown. You can also view MapInfo *.mif files. No other files (*.mid, *.tab, *.dat) are needed. Polygonal, linear graphics and text objects are supported. You can run ShapeView with *.shp, *.dxf or *.mif file name as a first argument. Recent opened files are shown in combo-box, so you can reopen last viewed files. Only one instance on avShapeView can be started. If you run second instance of avShapeView with one argument (example test.shp), this file will be opened by previous instance of the program (second copy will not be started).
