With over 25 years in the fitness industry, Mike has a wealth of knowledge that caters for all walks of life.

Mike also spent 13 years in the NZ Army, acquiring a Level 5 in Adult Fitness Education Training. Working with the NZ Armys fitness regimes and discipline has increased his knowledge about strength and conditioning, as well as specialized performance programs designed for each individual or team.
