  Pros

  Shane's PayPal Tools is now working 100% on my machine, I successfully created working add to cart buttons, tested it and it launched PayPal secure payment site, my business logo was there on top like it is supposed to be, I am very happy thank you Shane for created a great software, Max <p>maxscrazydeals.biz

  Shane, you are missing 'comdlg32.ocx' component - at least, possibly others, too. Not sure what you developed this software in, but you need to include this component in your installer. Email me through my website at poojo.com/mail, and I'll work with you to help test this before you post the update. FYI: I develop at work using Borland Builder 6, Visual Studio Pro 2005, and eMbedded VC 4. I might not be the best developer, but I can certainly offer a little help.
