Sequence Downloader DNA/Protein- GenBank-ENA-DDBJ for Android

Sequence Downloader is an application that can allow you to download Nucleotide and Protein sequences from NCBI, EMBL-EBI, DDBJ (INSDC) by just providing an accession number of the Nucleotide or Protein sequence that you want to download. The txt file will be downloaded immediately and saved onto your phone's storage. You can locate the file by going to Downloads folder.

STEPS:

1. Enter the accession number in the desired field (either Protein or Nucleotide) depending on what you want to download.

2. Click Download.

3. Check the folder Sequences in your Downloads directory on your phone.

Requirements: You need a file explorer on your phone to locate the Sequences folder in Downloads directory. "Downloads/Sequences"

Bonus Feature: You can download a CDS of a protein if you enter accession number of a protein in the nucleotide field and click download.
