• Not a Scam. Nice schematics the easy way.

  Pros

  Yes, it does ask for your name, email, company, etc. What software doesn't anymore? Getting the hang of it but appears to be fully functional. Has a large collection of symbols to use and is straight forward. Should be easy to master in a short amount of time.

  Cons

  Help screen is garbled. Haven't been to their web site to see if there is a tutorial or a fix for this condition.

  Summary

  Nice to work for a CAD software package that is tailored for wiring diagram & schematic creation. Don't have to go through a bunch of mechanical CAD protocols to get a simple 1D wiring diagram drawn up

• Phishing Scam, Beware!!!

  After you download and install the program you go to open it and it tells you you have to provide all your personal information in order to be able to use a so called free program!!!! Scam alert!!!!

  download and install test version. No features are available. No where to go from here.

  Don't bother with this program. I love download.com. I do buyand have purchases several. Of course they have to work. How did they let this one in?

  Nothing, since it will not complete a short session without crashing.

  I installed it and gave it more time than it deserves. Still unable to complete a session without crashing. All design time is lost. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This is alpha software.

  Do not waste your time. Note there was only one other review-5 stars-at time of my install. Likely the author.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jul 2, 2009<p/>I rebooted and it is stable. Spent about 6 hours with it, and no crashes. Works well, getting used to it.
