I use this to Encrypt my client files on dropbox.

Pros
I am a psychiatrist and I use this app SECURASI Vault+ to encrypt my client files and store them on Dropbox to be compliant with HIPAA and take care of client data confidentiality online. 1) Simple to use for non technical person like me. 2) Reliable, works every time. 3) Excellent customer support. 4) Gives HIPAA compliance to my work and let's me use Dropbox for easy access/storage. 5) Easy to collaborate/share files securely online/via email. 6) I got a life time subscription for just $100.
Cons
None so far. May be mobile app will be useful. Though I am able to view these files via Ignition app on my iPad.
Summary
I have tried many other free software before. But every time, I had one problem or the other. This was gave me piece of mind and value for money. Job done. I highly recommend this software if you are heavy user of Dropbox and if you have confidential files (yours or your customers').

Pros
- secures files to high level of encryption - provides easy ways to share files - provides a way to secure files on DropBox!
Cons
- user interface is ok but could be improved - difficult to manage lots and lots of files in this version - v1 not signed
Summary
Given recent spate of compromised security on laptops, a product like this seems a really good way to secure sensitive files.

Pros
easy to install and use. quite fast. it actually moves the files outside to inside vault. seems well designed. a good safe.
Cons
wish there is some video demo it took me a while see the hidden features like the dropbox, email buttons..don't miss the small notch downward facing arrow at the top.
Summary
drag and drop foles, folders and click the dropbox button and it sends encrypted package to dropbox.
