• Just what we were looking for

  I am a system administrator for a probation department and also a residential treatment center. Another administrator and I spent over a month scouring the web for an in/out board that met all of our needs as a department. Our three biggest needs were an in/out board, an internal text messaging system, and a low cost system to fit our meager computer budget. We used to use the MSN chat client with a in-house developed in/out board through Microsoft Outlook. This solution was clumsy and not meeting our growing needs; however, we were unable to find anything better that met our most important requirements. Then I stumbled upon Scry while searching for in/out boards on Google. Version 4 was about 90% of what we needed. I contacted MH Software to request additional features as their web page said Version 5 was in the making. MH Software's developers were very responsive and included all the features I requested. We are extremely happy with Scry. I have rarely interacted with software developers that have been as responsive and nice. From my personal experience with Scry and MH Software I do and have recommended Scry to others.

  I was fooled by the other comments for this product into believing it was actually worth buying. I don't think those other comments could possibly been made by any one that actually uses this product. I bet those comments were left by the people who sell this in out board. I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

• The best in-out board we have tried

  This In-Out board software is just great, we have a tried a few of them but this one works so well. With Messenger like status changes and simple messaging it is really good. The reports work well, and it was easy to upgrade from the previous version.

  One of the things that I like about Scry is that it is so easy to install and setup. The users actually add themselves as they start running Scry which means that I don't have to. In our network of 65 users, it was amazing how quick it was before it was all up and running.

  SCRY has certainly improved our ability to provide greater Customer Service. Our 63 staff have enthusiastically embraced the new software using the return date and comments areas to accurately reflect their whereabouts, the automated features such as auto login/logout on shutdown greatly enhance the product. The Customer Service team can now provide our customers with accurate information regarding the whereabouts of the staff at any given time, a task almost impossible when using the traditional In/Out Whiteboard. In addition the ability to create statuses to enable an even easier and faster reference for staff locations make SCRY the best electronic in/out board system I have seen on the market.

  We used to put callers on hold whilst we tried to find people. Now, we can quickly and efficiently look at Scry and no exactly where they are. The new "quick print" feature is also very handy, to get a hard copy of where people are. Highly recommended
