This is a great 3D Scanner data file viewer. It supports the most popular 3D point cloud data and polygonal formats including stl, asc, ply, obj, csv and pcd. Those formats are widely used by different scanning machines including Laser Scanning, Coordinate Measuring Machine, Portable Measuring, Kinect, X-ray and CT inspection, Optical Measuring Systems, etc. With help of this app, you can take your 3D files with you no matter where you are, at home or traveling abroad, and view them with your phone directly. The app provides many 3D features including rotating model with finger movement, zooming in/out, panning, changing color, etc. You can also change rendering light intensity and background color. The app supports loading multiple models at the same time so that you can view them together. It is extremely helpful when you want to compare your 3D data sets to make sure everything works correctly. You can also use the app to figure out basic dimensions of your model, for instance, the length along x, y or z direction, total surface area, total length, etc. You can add files to the app's document folder through iTunes and use the file open button of the app to load them. You can also use the app to open 3D files you received as your email attachment. Just tap on the attachment in you email app, the 3D viewer would be launched automatically.
